From first contacting Jeff to the very end of my kitchen being finished; this has been quite an experience. Jeff and his team have been very professional throughout. Nothing was too much for them. I am totally satisfied with the work done from fitting, tiling, plastering, electrics, plumbing and flooring. Everything is exactly as I wanted it. I wouldn't hesitate to have Jeff and the team to fit any other rooms in my house; I can't recommend them highly enough.

I would like to thank Jeff for his extreme patience in what has probably been one of his longest projects whilst being in business!
Jeff was contacted by me after he posted a flyer through our letterbox way back in the summer of 2008.
At the time we had recently completed an existing kitchen and Jeff designed a layout based on our ideas and his experience.
After many changes by me, we finally decided on what the professionalism of the electrician and Kitchen fitter were second to none. Jeff was immediately on hand when a couple of minor "teething problems" arose.
I feel very proud of my kitchen and Jeff’s experience in layout, design and quality of product means our kitchen is utilised in our everyday family life as ease with no foreseeable problems for many years to come.

I had a new kitchen and toilet fitted in January 2009 by Complete Kitchens and Bedrooms North East. The company was recommended by a work colleague. I had delayed having the kitchen fitted as I always had problems in the past when getting work done in my home.
Jeff Leighton called and we planned the kitchen, he gave lots of advice and suggestions and returned with plans and we agreed a very competitive price and a date for work to begin.
The workmen arrived on time and worked full days (never happened to me before) and cleaned and tidied up each evening. It was quite a big job as the kitchen and toilet area were gutted back to the brickwork.
The job was completed on time and to such a high standard that I decided to have my living room floor fitted with solid wood.
I am delighted with my new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Dear Complete Kitchens,
I am pleased to say that I am not pleased with my finished kitchen but really pleased with it.
The kitchen now looks bigger and better than the origional plan. It has gone from a room I used to go in when I needed to, to a room I actually spend time in.
Origionally I decided to go with your company because, one, I felt comfortable with Jeff. He was not pushy and listened to what I wanted and gave ideas and suggestions regarding products. He made us feel comfortable with his genuine approach. Secondly the kitchen design sold it as it looked better than other designs submitted.
All the workmen did their individual jobs well, in an organised way and on time. Being an old house we experienced a problem with a leaking pipe but this was fixed the same dat. Nothing was left undone and everything was done straight away.
I would just like to say thank you again for a lovely new kitchen and for making it a less stressed experience.
